GLUCENTINE
Zone
Sweetflake
Length
5'7"
Appearance
Glucentine is a green denizen with a jelly-like appearance. It has a long, narrow body which tapers into a tail on one end. Its head is slightly rounded and has a smiling face on front and two stubby antennae on top. The bottom of its belly and tail, as well as two round spots on its cheeks are opaque white.
Lifecycle
As a post-metamorphosis denizen, Glucentine does not spawn. Instead, it will metamorphosize from Sucrit when under the correct conditions. Glucentine is the final stage of its metamorphic line.
Habitat
Glucentine are found within Sweetflake's snowdrifts. They are able to easily plough their way through the deepest snowdrifts, leaving scooped-out troughs in their wake. They avoid the ocean but enjoy swims in the rivers snaking through Sweetflake's landscape on occasion.
Behavior
Glucentine often create tunnels through snowdrifts, some of which lead deeper down past the harder packed snow. As they retain the squishiness of their prior forms, the size of these tunnels is quite variable, but the width always remains the same.
