Sweetflake

Epther is a bipedal denizen with a segmented, translucent, black body. It has a round head with a dangling lure on top, a long, thick tail, and no arms. Inside its head, lure, and the end of its tail are green spheres. The green sphere inside its head features rectangular eyes and a smiling, triangular mouth. It has nub-like ears sticking up from the top of its head.

Epther spawns deep within Sweetflake's ocean, most frequently on the ocean floor. Epther is not known to metamorphosize.

Epther roam Sweetflake's ocean floor on foot. They are able to swim upwards with strong kicks but rarely bother to leave the deepest depths.

Epther have been noted on multiple occasions to rescue non-aquatic denizens that fall into Sweetflake's ocean and sink to the bottom. Sunk denizens seem to attempt to make their way towards lights like the ones on Epther's lures for this reason.
