Bouncebun is a small, snowy white denizen with an oval body with two broad, pointed ears that extend upwards and back from its head. It has round, shiny, green eyes. On the bottom of its body is a bouncy, green orb that is partially translucent.

Bouncebun spawn on land in Sweetflake. They tend to spawn some distance away from the ocean or any rivers. Bouncebun will metamorphosize into Hoppun under the correct conditions. Its metamorphosis can be recognized by the partitioning of its lower body into segments and the development of button-like orbs on its middle segment, as well as the rounding of its ears and development of its arms and mouth.

Bouncebun are found exclusively on land in Sweetflake. Their ability to bounce high up keeps them from getting stuck in even the deepest snowdrifts. They tend to avoid the syrupy, green liquid found in Sweetflake, as they have no reliable way to move without solid ground to bounce off of.

Bouncebun navigate the snowdrifts by bouncing up and down on their springy bellies. They tend to leave small lines of craters in the snow behind them. They can be a bit skittish so unless one approaches carefully, the crater trail may end up as the only evidence that a Bouncebun had previously been there.
