Turpoise is a squat denizen with a flat, triangular shape. The top of its body is patterned stone and the bottom is blue crystal. It has eyes on the front sides of its triangular body, with the last side at its back. It has four small legs.

Turpoise can spawn in any area where there is sufficient room, most commonly in low, cramped spaces. Turpoise will metamorphosize into Onyblisk under the correct conditions. Its metamorphosis can be recognized by the front of its body growing taller and flattening.

Turpoise prefer the nooks and crannies of Quartzworld and are often found in tight caverns and passageways.

Turpoise are solitary denizens that prefer to avoid the noise and bustle associated with other denizens and Charmers alike. If another being gets too close to them, they will move to some place where they are less likely to be disturbed. They may tolerate fellow Turpoise in their vicinity, but only if those individuals are similarly inclined towards a lack of interaction. Social Turpoise tend to struggle with their species' inclinations and often seek other types of denizens for companionship instead.
