Pilpike is a small, plump denizen with a soft, grey body. It has eight short legs and a long, drooping neck. Its neck transitions directly into its head which is shaped like the wide end of a tear drop. It has two large eyes with small pupils on its head and three red dots on its back.

Pilpike spawns on both the interior and exterior surfaces of Highspire's towers. It is not known to metamorphosize.

Pilpike crawl all over Highspire's towers with feet that can naturally stick to any surface. They tend to have a preference for sheltered nooks and crannies, especially on the walled bridges connecting the towers.

Pilpike tend to sport nervous demeanors and can be easily frightened on accident. When startled, spines erupt from the red spots on their backs with a loud popping sound. They peer out of their hiding places by winding their long necks outwards and upwards.
