Bubbloy is a small, pale yellow denizen with a thin, elongated body. The back end of its body is curled up into a bubble that floats above its back. The front of its body that sticks out of the bubble has six short legs and a pair of eyes on eyestalks. It has a small, pink mouth.

Bubbloy spawns on the spiny outcroppings of Highspire's towers and is carried off into the air by the first gust of wind it encounters. It is not known to metamorphosize.

Bubbloy are found in the air or alighted somewhere on the outsides of Highspire's towers and bridges. They are often found floating on wind currents.

Bubbloy's ability to fly is due solely to the bubble around their tails that hold them aloft. They are able to steer the direction they float in by using their tails as a rudder.
