Rhyzme is a reed-like denizen with a dense snarl of roots that it uses for locomotion. It is light brown with a darker brown coloration at its middle. The shape of the coloration is spiky and somewhat resembles an open maw. Above the shape are two dark, beady eyes.

Rhyzme spawns throughout Gar-land, especially in areas where the vegetation is most abundant. Rhyzme does not metamorphosize.

Rhyzme show a preference for areas of Gar-land where the soil is slightly looser and easier for them to slip their roots into. Rhyzme may also use their roots to clamber over various obstacles, meaning that though they travel slowly, they are well spread out across various terrains.

Rhyzme are inquisitive and social denizens that link up their roots in order to communicate across distances. Rhyzme may uproot themselves in order to make traversal easier but this causes them to unlink from their root networks. Being in this state seems to cause them to feel vulnerable and they usually avoid being unlinked for long periods of time for this reason.
