Fungourd is a squat denizen with four blob-like cream-colored appendages for legs. It has a thick grooved orange cap on top with a stem in the middle. Its eyes, which are large and droopy, are visible under the shallow brim of the cap.

Fungourd grows on vines extending from Gar-land shrubbery with the apparent lifecycle of a normal pumpkin. Upon ripening, it severs itself from the vine it was growing on and walks off. Fungourd does not metamorphosize.

Fungourd show a preference for more even ground and plenty of accompanying foliage, but aren't especially picky. They are widespread throughout Gar-land.

Fungourd are easily stirred up by changes to their environments and may attempt to set things back to how they were if possible. However, they adapt quickly and will likely become protective of the new arrangement of their surroundings before long.
