Boweden is a tall, stout denizen with a wooden appearance and a trough-like body. It has four blocky legs and a small rounded head with closed eyes emerging from the underside of its boxy body. The cavity of its body is filled with rich, dark soil.

As a post-metamorphosis denizen, Boweden does not spawn. Instead, it will metamorphosize from Barrower when under the correct conditions. Boweden is the final stage of its metamorphic line.

Boweden's top-heavy forms and stilt-like legs lead them to heavily prefer even ground where they can keep sure footing. It is very rare to find a Boweden in a location with steep or bumpy terrain.

Boweden's slow, sure movements and long periods of stillness make it incredibly easy and popular for smaller denizens to nestle down on their backs for a ride. Boweden have even been witnessed kneeling down to help smaller denizens climb aboard.
